Abstract:

For every field that undergoes development studies, it is of utmost importance to identify the fluid that will be produced and marketed. The reservoir fluids may behave differently at surface conditions and market delivery points due to changes in Pressure, Volumes and Temperature. The correct fluid identification, and classification is required to be known prior to its exploitation. In this talk the practical aspects and knowledge on Fluids, PVT properties, and phase behavior would be covered. This webinar shall discuss the various reservoir fluid types, their significance in the industry and decision making involved in the process.

Speaker Biography:

Mr. Prakash Kamble is a Petroleum Engineer from India. He is presently working with Bharat Petro Resources Ltd as AVP – Reservoir Engineering. He has worked with Operating companies since beginning of his career at various capacities in Reservoir, Production and Petroleum Engineering teams. In his current role he is responsible for Reservoir Engineering department and looks after Reservoir Data acquisition, Well Testing, Modeling, due-diligence, Farm-in opportunity evaluation and represent the company as Technical Committee member. He has worked on fields situated in India, Russia, Brazil, Mozambique, UAE and Indonesia. His experience comes from Onshore and Offshore operations. He has been recognized for his Outstanding Service in 2017 by SPE Regional Awards.
