Prof. Shridhar Sampath is an Author, Motivational Speaker, and Corporate Educator and the Founder and CEO of Motivaluate Consulting & Training FZ LLC, a company that offers a unique combination of People development with Business Strategy and Financial consultancy services. He is an expert on Leadership, Strategy, and Finance and speaks at various conferences and forums on related topics. Shridhar has a CPA from the USA and a CA from India.

He is also a facilitator for Duke Corporate Education (www.dukece.com) as a member of their Global Learning Resource Network. In academia, Prof. Shridhar is Adjunct faculty with NMIMS MBA (WX) program and the S.P. Jain School of Global Management teaching at their Mumbai, Singapore, and Dubai campuses. He brings over 35 years of leadership experience and knowledge based on his experience in industry. He is passionate about developing Business Leadership skills amongst business owners, entrepreneurs and executives that has resulted in unparalleled financial profitability for the client, a positive mindset for all employees and increased shareholder value.
When not motivating and empowering people at keynotes, seminars and trainings, Shridhar spends his time learning to play Indian classical music on the guitar, in yoga and meditation and reading non-fiction. He lives in Dubai with his musician wife Rajani and dancer daughter Swarashri.
